Individual lessons offer absolute privacy, full respect for your intimacy and your partnership. I always adapt the lessons to your experience, priorities, needs and time availability. I generally recommend at least two sessions to satisfy the needs of both parties, both male and female partners. After all, each gender needs a slightly different approach to intimacy and it is good to understand it.
Before the lesson itself begins, we always talk about what brings you here, why you are here and what your needs are. We also agree on the practical layout of the lesson. That is, who we will massage, who will touch, what parts of the body we will massage and whether I can practically demonstrate the massage on my partner or whether I will only verbally guide your partner’s touches.
During the class we will discuss basic tantric approaches to intimacy, the body and energy work. The class itself is practical and you will try out various techniques straight away and I often give additional inspiration for your home environment.
The teaching can also be focused on specific tantric techniques, such as breathing techniques for individuals and couples, tantric ritual, types of touch according to the elements, opening chakras using aromatherapy, massage techniques for intimate areas, and more.
